Joda Kgosi Releases Her Highly Anticipated Debut Project Sour Milk EP
New Wave African R&B/Soul Singer and songwriter Joda Kgosi releases her highly anticipated debut project “Sour Milk” EP. Since the release of her ‘Truth Is’ hit single back in the year 2020, fans have been waiting for a solid body of work from the rising superstar and Sour Milk caters to that need.
Joda Kgosi drops her debut project today at just 18 years old. The EP features her lead single “I miss you” which closes off the EP. The whole EP includes 7-tracks in total with no features added but has production done by producers Elizée, Kuchi Cola and award-winning DJ Sliqe.
And just by looking at the titles of the songs, one can already understand the mindset of a story being told by Joda Kgosi. Each songs feeds off a melodic sound. The production is more progressive and enhanced to develop a heartfelt feeling in the songs. Her use of milk is a metaphor for love and how something so fresh can turn sour.
